Far to long a day, there are only so many views of the same thing before it gets boring. Trip should have been 2 hours shorter. Guide was lovely, friendly and informative, we were embarrassed for him trying to elongate the day! Maybe should have included winery.

The Falls were superb; however, this time of year we did not relish having to get on and off coach to see power stations and islands that we could not see because it was too dark. The timetable was all the wrong way round after seeing the Falls.

Needed to be shorter. It's a big trip anyway in a day, and it could have been better planned.

This trip is not cheap so I expected a lot of it. I checked in with the company a few days before the trip was planned informing about visa requirements. I was assured that everything was alright and that there would be no problems. It turned out I was misinformed and wasn't able to cross the Canadian border. We got dumped by the company on the American side with no guide, no boat-tour in the Falls and they said they would pick us up end of the day and offered no compensation whatsoever. Very bad experience.
