Everything was perfect and on time, pre booked this trip previous to my stay in New York, it was really romantic highly recommend it to anyone.

Driver had an excellent attitude & was on time. Stretch limo in very poor condition. A 15 minute delay on arrival at carriages before they showed up. Dinner & location were excellent. If not for the limo condition, this would have received the 4 star rating.

It was well organised; however, we did come across a few things I wish were better. The driver of the limo picked us up on time and was lovely and friendly; however, the limo was in a bit of a sorry state, not terrible but not as clean and smart as I had hoped, but my partner did not notice. We were dropped off at Central Park a little later than expected, but that was not the limo driver's fault. The carriage driver was not sure of what time our ride was and how long, and although we explained our meal was at 8 he still dropped us off 15 min early, so we only had a 20 minute ride. The meal was amazing, no faults. They had everything well prepared they served us like royalty. We had an amazing evening.

Everything started out really well, ie. stretch limo and horse & carriage rides were superb. However, Tavern on the Green was actually disappointing - poor service, average food and cramped dining room. Much preferred The River Cafe.

First of all, the limo was filthy and old like it was just fished out of the river while the driver tells you depressing stories about him being sick, you're on vacation and you wouldn't wanna hear stories like that. Secondly, the carriage could be a little nicer and lastly, on the voucher, it advises you to wear jackets but when we arrived to the restaurant, it was not formal at all. There are people wearing shorts and it was like a family restaurant with lots of kids and food was not as great either. We were overdressed. Photo was supposed to be included but we had to pay for it. The whole experience totally ruined my whole vacation.
