First class service by Viator. Excellent service at JFK ,easy, quick ride into city and helpful driver at the hotel. Very easy to book and pay on the internet. Superb Service.

Just had to wait 15 minutes or so and the transfer was in heavy traffic but we have no comlaints. Super value would use again

Arrived at Newark at noon and informed the desk that we needed a shuttle. They made the call and said take a seat your driver wil be here in 15 - 20 mins. He arrived in 5 mins. Shuttle was full so very squashed but we were first drop so it wasn't too bad. For convenience would definitely use this service again.

When we arrived at JFK the directions to the information centre was easy to follow and the bus turned up within 15 mins. Would definately use this service again if we go back to New York

good value quick loading, not sure if we were suppose to tip. Be prepared to get close to the other passengers as it is snug. it seats 13 and they fill it.

Definitely the easiest way to travel! Particularly after a long flight and with luggage! No need to fight with the subway! Great staff and easy journey.
