I was looking north towards Times Square and the Rockefeller Center. White spots in the photo are snow! Though it snowed on us up on the observation deck; it was raining in the streets.

I remember running to be able to make it for the tour. I was rushing back from my Empire State Building tour and this was my last day in NY and I really wanted to get to see the United Nations Building.
