When we go back to New York City, we will definitely get our tickets from Viator. I am amazed that we ended up three rows from the stage. Our daughter, who is very interested in theater, watched the entire show with her mouth open. She was in awe! Thank you so much!

The price on the tickets was good, and they were waiting for us at the Majestic Theater. However, due to a delayed flight, we arrived at the theater forty five minutes late. We were accommodated nicely by being offered seats the next night so we would not miss half of the show. Thanks to the Majestic Theater and we thoroughly enjoyed The Phantom of the Opera. I would recommend Viator as good source to tours and attractions available.

Overall this was great; however, I felt the lead male performer was a bit over the top. This is my fourth time seeing Phantom, and I didn't like his performance as well as the previous leads'.

The seats Viator booked for us were very good. The only negative for us was that it was too cold in the theater. Remember to take a jacket with you.

The performance was wonderful, absolutely worth it. Our seats were not as good as promised, though; they were on the very end of the line, and we couldn't see part of the stage.
