Went up the rock on a Friday afternoon and there were no queues. I liked the one elevator with the lights in the lift shaft. The views at the top were excellent. Took some great photos.

The observation deck itself was very worthwhile, but the customer services on the reception desk when exchanging the voucher was certainly not welcoming. You were left feeling a second-rate customer! Suggest some staff training in dealing with people to be very appropriate.

After waiting on long lines to get to the top, we were greatly disappointed because we couldn't see much. It was cold, rainy, and misty. We had to purchase umbrellas in the gift shop because the lines were just as long outside to get back in. It would have been nice if we were given a weather advisory. If we had, we would have saved both time and money.
