My wife and I absolutely loved this tour! It was our first visit to NYC and this tour was exactly as described on Viator. Our guide Jim was both funny and professional, and provided a local's perspective on the places we visited. Two thumbs up from us!

We were only in town one day and wanted to see everything!!!, this VIP tour was just perfect!!! We got to see everything we wanted!!!!! Our tour guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable, and funny too! I wish I could remember her name so I could give kudos to her, I would recommend the VIP tour to anyone. I was worried that we would be rushed but on the contrary it was very relaxed and fun!!!

First of all our guide, Zuleyma was amazing! Zuleyma was professional yet so kind and friendly that I felt as if I had know her for a very long time! This was our first trip to NYC and the VIP Tour was fun and informative! Even though you cover some of the major attractions over a five hour tour, we found ourselves using the the all day passes for the Water Taxi to see the Statue of Liberty and then retrace our steps returning to the Intrepid Air and Space Museum and spending more time there after the guided portion of the tour had concluded! The tour was nicely paced and introduced us to some of the most amazing sites I have ever seen! I will return and use Viator again!

JP was a fantistic guide and looked after us very well on the trip. We were first up the Empire State Building, which was a great feeling. My 8 year old daughter enjoyed it as well. The only down side was the weather ...... but as JP kept staying only god can control that one. Strongly recommend this one!

This was an absolutely fabulous tour that we would recommend to anyone traveling to New York. Our tour guide "Anna" was fantastic. She was friendly, easy to listen to, gave clear instructions and information and kept us moving on time without rushing us. Being able to skip the long queues to go up The Empire State Building was a bonus, it was fun to ride the open-air bus and walk some of the tour after being on the water taxi.

A very productive and thoroughly enjoyable day. It was great to get v.i.p access before the crowds began. The guide was knowledgable and helpful and did his upmost to provide the best service he could. I would definitely recommend this tour. The only small downside is that it is a whistle stop tour at the different locations so if you want to spend significant time there, it is probably best not to do this tour.

We had a great time on the tour. The tour guide was very knowledgable of the city and gave lots of information to us about the city during our tour. She was very friendly! I liked the early access to the Empire State Building and skipping the lines at the 9/11 Memorial. When we were on the Water Taxi they stopped right by the Statue of Liberty giving everyone plenty of time to take their pictures. The things that you get to do for the money is well worth it! Overall great experience and would recommend.

Excellent tour with the majority of sight seeing done in one day with no waiting.
Our tour guide Suleyma (Sp?) was excellent, she has a bright blue light saber so you dont lose her, very informative and helpful.
Great thing about this tour was it was VIP the whole way through, skipping lines at the Empire State, Intrepid and Ground Zero.
This is a must for anyone wanting to see NYC.
