Excellent tour even though we didn't have great weather.
This tour was amazing- our tour guide was Debbie Mason. If you get her you are in luck. Se really knows her stuff. She got to know everyone in our group and kept it very interesting. We stayed taking for another half hour after the tour finished and she offered to take us to more places. 2 thumbs up!
These 6 Canadians had a wonderful day as Viator VIP's. It was wonderfully organized, and fulfilled all expectations. Our guide did a great job, was very knowledgable, and very much on top of his task. Although a very early and busy day, we would highly recommend this tour. As one of our group indicated, as we walked past the long line-up at the 9/11 Memorial, " the skip the line-up is worth the price of the ticket". I couldn't agree more. 2 thumbs up all around.
Terrific introduction to the key sights in Manhatten. Our guide was informative and engaging and we enjoyed every minute. Sadly, it came to an end all too soon but gave us time to explore Greenwich village at the end of the day.
Another wonderful tour. It was well organized which was highly appreciated by this weary traveler. New York is a very busy place, with lots to do and see, and this tour highly simplified the process. There was not one thing about this tour that i did not like. The guide was friendly, well informed and took care of us. I would recommend this tour with children because that amount of walking is minimal , but you get to see a lot of things. The Empire State building fills up fast , even though you get in before "opening time" , so if you want to take photos , do that first, then relax and enjoy your time up there. You are given ample time at each site and are not rushed at all.
Fantastic tour despite the weather. Tour guide absolutely fantastic, Heidi?. She was fun, knowledgeable and very helpful. Great tour to see heaps and front of line VIP experience well worth the money.
A brilliant start to our New York trip and a great way to get our bearings. Our tour guide, Heidi, was full of useful information and was happy to answer any questions about our stay in NY so we had more of an idea about where to visit next. Heidi really made the tour for us - a great personality. I didn't quite expect to see a space shuttle in New York, so that was a real bonus!
Jim was amazing. I never wrote reviews but this was an amazing tour and I highly recommend it
Heidi was an excellent Tour Guide. Someone with experience of New York City is essential to hear about the places within it.
This was such a marvellous experience + very good value for money. Our guide met us at pre arranged time of 7.15, and was such a friendly person, and very knowledgeable + informative. Our meeting point at The Empire State Building, was such an amazing start. The experience and the view was wonderful. Our trip on the open topped bus was also very good. The walk in downtown Manhattan, that included a stop in Wall Street - was an added bonus. The visit to the 9/11 Memorial, was unbelievable and very humbling. As this was where I guide left us, at 13.30 ( over 6 hours after meeting at 07.15 ) we did suggest that you should include a stop for a drink or breakfast snack, as the temperature was in late 80's + we were all so hungry + thirsty...
Absolutely fantastic!!! Kernan was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the city. Well organized and able to see everything we wanted to see on our first trip to NY. No stress trying to figure out transporation to and from each place. Well worth it!
Our guide, Debbie ? was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had a very pleasant personality and she went the extra mile to make our tour very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone going to NY to see the sights!!
This tour was great! It starts off early but it's totally worth it to be one of the first up at the empire state building. I can't imagine standing in lines for that long. Our tour guide JP was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. When we hopped on the bus, we were able to have a quick tour of the city. We were able to wander around the 9/11 Memorial on our own. We never made on the water taxi to the Statue of Liberty but that's because we decided to walk the Brooklyn bridge instead. If you are in NYC for a short time, this is definitely the tour to take.
