Tony was awesome. He made the tour come alive from his personal experiences on that horrific day. The tour was amazing, inspirational, emotional, sad. Actually we haven't come up with an appropriate word to describe it but we are so glad we traveled from New Jersey to take the tour. Bravo and we have recommended it to our friends and family already!
Our guide Tom captured his audience in a most inspiring and convincing fashion. He provided insights that were both informative and moving.
The tour and Museum were very informative, moving and extremely heartbreaking. Something I will think about for many years... The Museum was so well done . Thank you.
Nathalie was an excellent ,energetic tour guide. Her own personal stories added an extra dimension to an already fact an emotionally full tour.
We have used Viator all over the world and will continue to do so. We have never been disappointed with your tours. The guided narration makes the tours so worth it! Thank you for a wonderful time in New York City!!!
THIS WAS AM AMAZING TOUR. OUR TOUR GUIDE WAS FABULOUS AS HE WAS THERE ON 9/11 AND HIS INSIGHT ENHANCED THE EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE MEMORIAL AND THE MUSEUM. HOUSTON FOUR
This was a very informative tour. Tom, our guide, was one of the best knowing the right pace for the group of different ages. We learned information on 911 and information of present. Would highly recommend especially with Tom.
We felt that Tony gave us an extraordinary experience during our tour. We lived in New Jersey and thought we remembered most of the details; however, Tony gave us his first hand account and provided new and important information. We have already recommended this tour with Tony to friends.
Our guide enabled us to appreciate just how dreadful the 9/11 disaster was, which you couldn't really appreciate even from the British media attention. To meet someone who was actually involved with helping in the aftermath really brought the day's events home to us. The details given on the tour really helped us to understand more the exhibits in the museum. The human side of things became apparent due to our guide supplying extra details and photos.
