We experienced an excellent 3 hour tour with our guide Tom. Tom provided information surrounding ground zero plus, he told us about the more important smaller things that we would never have heard about via the media. An excellent tour.

The tour would not have been so meaningful without our guide who was there on 9/11. I can't imagine taking the tour without visiting the Memorial and think that being in the group made entry into the Memorial faster/easier.

I really enjoyed this Tour, the guide was very informative and really made the Tour. I felt we saw a lot and learnt a lot within the time of the Tour.

Our tour guide was excellent. Kept us moving, full of information, sensitive to those in the cold outdoors and serious and somber before entering the Memorial. Wonderful experience.

The tour went off without a really bad hitch. Tour guide Tony was excellent. His knowledge of the area was fantastic!! He was not supplied enough passes to the memorial, however, and our group had to split up. We were fortunate to get some of the passes he had, but we were unable to complete his portion of the narration. Please make sure he gets the passes he needs in the future. We were unable to bid him farewell.

This was one of my favorite tours on our trip to NY. The weather was very cold but seeing the famous Wall Street, Financial District and listening to our very knowledgeable guide was a wonderful experience. The Reflection Pools were beautiful because of what they represented. I am glad we took this tour.

Tony was an amazing guide. Totally knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour. He is a lifelong resident of NYC, so he provided in depth info as only a true blue New Yorker could.
The background info we learned prior to arriving at the site made the tour even more powerful. I would recommend it to anyone interested in learning more!

Our guide Sandy was excellent. He related a lot of historial facts but also put his personal experience regarding 9/11 into the tour. Our walk was at a comfortable pace and we had ample time to see everything. The separate entrance to the memorial was unexpected and welcomed given it was a cold and windy day. Highly recommended.
