Great bargains in pleasant surroundings and not as busy as shopping in New York.

Lots of bargains to be had; make sure you get your voucher book when you arrive - makes the savings much better. We were only told by a fellow shopper where we could collect this! You pick the book up from the information centre, where the bus stops and you enter the shops this is just to your right - happy shopping!!

Great idea, but at the time of year we were there (end of November), they should have laid on more buses as there were loads of people waiting. You could save thousands of pounds.

Great place to shop, and the bus trip out there is also a good way to see something outside of New York.

Shops were great, prices fantastic, long delay in getting a bus back.

Well worth the early morning start, and I would advise anyone who thinks of going to go early as there are so many shops to get through. Bought lots of clothes, perfume, shoes and bags, day is very long but well worth a visit.

This trip is excellent for shopping. Look out for sale promotions but one suggestion is to bring a bag or backpack to make shopping easier.

The bus trip went smoothly. I was concerned because the tickets were not numbered and there might not have been enough spaces, but this was not the case. It's still probably best to get to the bus station early. We were taken right into the outlet; it couldn't have been simpler.

The service was on time, the vehicle was clean, and your driver was very courteous and helpful.

The tour company desk was hard to find as it was not on the "Companies Listed" board. Woodberry Common was excellent, take plenty of money and a sports bag on wheels! We were then ten hours! Bargains galore compared to UK prices.

If you are planning to shop a lot, it may be wise to bring a big backpack or a small trolley case to save you from having to lug all the shopping bags! Allow plenty of time as the drive is about an hour each way depending on traffic.
