Our tour guide was fabulous. Professional, friendly, very well informed. The weather was totally uncooperative as it was pouring. If we did not have such a good tour guide it would have been awful. He saved the day. He shared so much information that we would not have ever known about 9/11.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and tour guide Kevin. It was very informative and
interesting. I would recommend this tour to anyone going to New York.
Great tour, highly informative. Gets you to places that would be difficult to find on your own. They provide your memorial tickets so you bypass the very long queues at security for entrance to the site. Kevin the guide was very patient and helpful answering all questions asked.
This tour was very good, it was very interesting and Annie made it especially worth while - with all her information and general chit chat it couldn't have been better. The tour took in more places than we thought and although there was a fair bit of walking that didn't matter as we stopped many times at places of interest. Plenty of time was given in the actual 9/11 site which was a poignant end to a worthwhile tour. Would certainly recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to pay their respects to the 9/11 victims.

Kevin, our guide was really friendly knowledgeable even though he did not know someone or had someone directly involved in the incident like some of the other guides you have. We did the 'free' tour a few days before but it was very worth the small cost of this tour to know exactly what we were looking at, the church was amazing too, we had skipped that altogether on the free tour.
Thoroughly recomment this tour to anyone
Our tour guide, Annie from Sam's tours, was excellent. She knew the facts but better than that, had personal experiences to share about the events on 9/11. The tour itself through St. Paul's Chapel and then the World Trade Centre site, was emotional but presented in a factual way. It was actually uplifting, especially to hear the stories of how people helped other people. The only disappointment was that we didn't get to see the memorial; there had been a fierce wind and rain storm and the memorial closed early. However, we felt we had learned a great deal about the attack and its aftermath, and we had seen the small memorials in the Chapel. I would recommend this tour for anyone.
Wonderful walking tour of the entire area affected by 9/11. Extremely emotive, thought provoking and worth while tour - our guide shared interesting information and stories. A definite must do for all those visiting NYC.
Outstanding tour guide who was in Lower Manhattan on 9/11. It was the highlight of our trip. I'd recommend it to everyone!

Our group leader was fantastic he provided us with an experience we will never forget.
Thank you
This tour is well worth the very reasonable cost! Without doing extensive research on your own, you'd never be aware of all the tidbits of information that are shared by your tour guide. And the tour is much more than Freedom Plaza, you also spend time at St. Paul's Church and other sites surrounding the area. Annie was our tour guide and she was fabulous! Her firsthand knowledge of 9/11 reverently recreated both the tragedy and triumph of that day and the time since. Don't hesitate to book this tour!
Tour date April 2013
Very good tour of the whole world trade centre site. There was only 15 of us on the tour which made it great, our guide Kevin was excellent telling us lots of stories that happened on that terrible day. We went straight to the front of the line at the memorial entrance. I thoroughly recommend this tour.
All good. Thank you.
Kevin was our tour guide on the 2.30 tour on Friday 29th March 2013. The tour was fantastic. Kevin made us of an iPad to show us pictures during various bits of the tour, which showed the site as it was. This was a great use of technology. Kevin was really informative and friendly. Def recommend.
We would highly recommend you doing this tour, Kevin our guild made the tour very interesting. It was just me and the wife with him but we felt very at ease and he made the tour very enjoyable. Go for it.
