We met our guide Kevin at the church next to ground 0, He was a fantastic guide friendly and informative told us about lots of people's story's of the day and showed us places near the twin towers that were affected which we wouldn't have known about if we had visited without a guide.x x

This was a great tour. The tour guide made it the best. She had so much insight on 9/11. She told stories with compassion. Her knowledge was really good and answered questions. I would recommend this too anyone. I learned so much and I am from upstate New York and been to 9/11 before. Just GREAT!!!

Absolutely brilliant. Our tour guide, Annie, put so much feeling in her talk. She knew people who were there when it happened, and by telling us their stories she brought them back to 'life' for her listeners and made us part of the emotion. You can do the tour without a guide but then you miss a lot of the 'human' aspect if you don't.

It's well worth arranging a tour, otherwise you don't know where to start + you do benefit from jumping a long queue getting into the ground zero memorial site. We had Annie and what was really good was that she told us the human side of 9/11, stories that put a lump in your throat. It's a must do.

This was well worth doing, although not a tour that you could say was brilliant under the circumstances, it was very moving. Our tour guide Kevin was very good and took us to a number of area's that we would not have seen or known about had we gone about this on our own.
