Friendly bus driver dropped off right beside hotel, very good value for money, used on return to airport as well, recommended, all central pick up and drop off.

I really appreciated the ease of online booking and ticketing. The airbus pickup from the airport and trip to the city was prompt courteous and efficient. Unfortunately there is a lot of traffic during the hotel drop-offs in late afternoon. The driver was patient and professional throughout.

Bus trip good but the fact that it did not stop at any of the hotels indicated but only stopped at airbus bus stops was annoying and difficult if you had a lot of luggage. We had to walk from the ferry terminal to the Copthorne Harbour City Hotel.

Our transfer from the Auckland Airport would have been worth it if we would not have been left at a corner street with 4 big luggage plus carry-on and not at our hotel as it had been requested.

When I booked this service, I checked before had to see if the airport bus had a stop at our hotel. I was guaranteed that it did. Upon arrival and on the bus, we were informed that it did not. We were dropped fairly close but still had to get a taxi to our hotel.

Don't think about this one, it ended up being a public bus service, they had no idea where I was going or what I was doing, they dropped me off far from my hotel, and I could have just jumped on a public bus and done the same thing.
