I met the best bus driver in Auckland, at least he said he was but I would hate to meet the others! But seriously your pick up points are great. You left me within sight of the Crown Plaza and I picked up at the Sky City terminal which is the next block. Very convenient, your service is superior. Please keep up the good work and great value for money.

Transport was very close to the cruise terminal and there was good explanation of how to get to the pick-up stop.

The trip on the shuttle wasn't a problem at all. Plenty of space for both the people and luggage but it seemed to me that the fee I paid on the internet was higher than the fare paid on the shuttle.

I gave the voucher to the bus driver and he knew of no pre-payment arrangement. However, the driver was nice and let us ride, saying he would take the voucher to the office. The driver took us right to our hotel, even though it wasn't on the scheduled list of stops.
