It is awesome and wow, we got a lot of experience on that waterfall of the Journey Behind Niagara Falls is our first time to see it and feel it. We love it so much historic of Niagara Falls, Canada. That is our first time and we had a marvelous time in there. It is same way, we ride by the Blueline bus to get off at Table Rock area with so much fun in shopping, restaurant and other tours as well. Also the Viator company was a great helpful for us to get through this Journey Behind Niagara Falls Admission with so many friendly people who came from the different state to state. We had so much experience in Niagara Falls. Thank you so much! M/M Hemmings, From Bronx, NY
Another great experience. Words can't express how it felt to be standing right next to the falls and feeling the water on your face.
Great trip to Niagara. Behind the falls is what it is. You walk through a cavern and see the falls from ten feet away. It's neat but what I really liked was going out on the ground next to the falls. You get about as close as you can safely get. It was beautiful.
Seeing the falls up close was great. I liked all the informative posters along the tunnels.
There were no guides to give a history as you made your way through the tunnels. There were signs on the tunnel walls that did give interesting facts but they were hard to see as there were so many people walking in front of them. The first two tunnels that led to small portals under the falls were not impressive as all you could see was a white wall of water. The last tunnel that led to the observation area was the best. Here you could get an up close view of the falls and surrounding areas. Good place to take pictures but you will get wet. I would have rated it higher if there were guides available or another source of getting facts.
You get a nice view from the base of the falls and there's also some interesting information about the formation and history of the falls.
The tour was great but not what we expected. And the pricing was more than the Maid of the Mist tour. I would have though it the way around.
Walked tunnels behind falls. It was ok, nothing spectacular
I was frustrated that AFTER I had booked and paid for the tourist experience, the confirmation stated that I needed to present a paper voucher to gain admission. I was in a hotel, so down to the concierge desk I went, only to be told that the guest printers were not working at that time. The concierge then directed me to the 'business center' in the hotel, where I could ask for the voucher to be printed. Upon arriving on the floor where the business center was, I realized that there was a large conference taking place, and I would need to wander around the area to find someone to print my voucher. As you can imagine, I was unwilling to do this, so I then crossed the street and walked to the nearest Niagara Tourism booth, where they did not have the ability to print the voucher either, unless I could bring it up on my I-phone, send it to the manager, and she would try to print it, with no guarantees. At this point, with frustration mounting, and time being wasted, I purchased 2 more tickets, for the Journey Behind the Falls, from the tourism booth, which incidentally cost me $4.00 less than buying them online. Needless to say, I didn't have an overwhelmingly positive experience with this, wasted $40.00, and decided I wouldn't choose to book anything else through this site. Thank you for asking for my feedback, Nancy Skrynyk
My grandaughter had almost hart atack. She is very afraid of loud noise, thunder unplan movement and being floded with cold water. It would be sefe to explain visitors that the show before walk is as such. The walk is predictible and not shoking. is realy great.
I really would not recomend the pre show to anyone with that fobias, one not have to have a lot of imagination what terror my 6 5 years old grandaughter went through. I will feel guilty till I live.
