We were very pleased with the entire experience from booking, to checking to see if everything was ready for us to be picked up - on the Canadian side - Wow that was service. Our day with Bob the tour guide was absolutely wonderful and extremely informative. Everything about this tour was organized and easy beginning with the phone call I received from the friendly lady who set up transportation for us. Bob came into Canada to pick us up from our hotel and drove us back at the end of the tour. Throughout the day we traveled to several attractions and points of interest while Bob gave us a TON of interesting facts about Niagra Falls. You can certainly see and do everything on your own when you visit the Falls, but I highly recommend the tour because you will learn so much more from a tour guide. If I had to make a suggestion, the only one would be to allow time for (or provide) lunch. It turned out to be a longer day than we anticipated and my family was very hungry by the end of the day since the only thing they ate was some ice cream at one of the attractions. They do have snack bars at most of the attractions so if time allows grab something to eat! If you are like me you are probably trying to figure out the cost of the tour vs doing the individual attractions on your own. I can tell you without doubt that this tour was definitely worth the extra money and we were so glad we did it!

This is the way to go to see Niagara Falls! It was 5 hours of heaven. The bus took us to all the sites and the tour guide (Chuck) was amazing! And we didn't have to stand in line for tickets. We also had some time at each stop to enjoy things on our own. We would have missed out on so much if we had not taken this tour! I recommend this company 100%. They made it a memorable experience!
