Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Alice, our guide was very pleasant and efficient. While our group visited one site, she proceeded to the next venue and secured tickets so we would not be delayed. She always provide useful advices on how to gain the best value at each site. This was perhaps one of the most efficient tours I have been on in many years.
very nice
Alice, our tour driver and guide was extremely accommodating, very knowledgeable, nice and very friendly. She was very patient with passengers, even the ones that did not adhere to time limits. The tour took us to most of the places we wanted to visit. I will recommend it to family and friends.
Went on the morning tour. Our family of 4 was the only group booked on the tour, so we had our own personnel tour guide. Since he was a native to the area, we learned a lot about the area and the history of the Falls. Very much enjoyed not having to drive and park everywhere. Made the morning very relaxing.
Would recommend to anyone, but especially those who cannot walk long distances.
The tour was very good and we enjoyed it very much. It covered everything we wanted to see and it enough time to see it. Tammy, the tour operator, was very informative and friendly, and she kept us on time which is always import to me. The Falls are an experience everyone should make and if you do not have a lot of time, this is the way to do it.
Don't bother! Seriously, the bus was a wreck and it stank. The tour guide was ok but we spent far longer waiting for people than we did on the tour.
There were 2 tours on the same bus, so he was basically just dropping us off at each attraction and picking us up.
I would not bother again, just buy your tickets to the attractions. Niagara Falls is pretty small and most things are within walking ditsnce.
I was really gutted with this tour as I bought it as a birthday present for my partner. It was just a total waste of time and money.
