Great tour, the tour guide was knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all question about the stops on the tour.
Guide was very good and knew a lot about the area. We got a wonderful overview of the attractions.
Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Alice, our guide was very pleasant and efficient. While our group visited one site, she proceeded to the next venue and secured tickets so we would not be delayed. She always provide useful advices on how to gain the best value at each site. This was perhaps one of the most efficient tours I have been on in many years.
Alice, our tour driver and guide was extremely accommodating, very knowledgeable, nice and very friendly. She was very patient with passengers, even the ones that did not adhere to time limits. The tour took us to most of the places we wanted to visit. I will recommend it to family and friends.
Went on the morning tour. Our family of 4 was the only group booked on the tour, so we had our own personnel tour guide. Since he was a native to the area, we learned a lot about the area and the history of the Falls. Very much enjoyed not having to drive and park everywhere. Made the morning very relaxing.
Would recommend to anyone, but especially those who cannot walk long distances.
We found the tour to be very informative. KAT had a nice upbeat personality and she kept everyone amused!!
The tour was really good with an excellent driver and guide named Amanda. However, we had a problem getting started on the tour. The bus was one hour late, but I will be honest and say that the company did notify of the lateness but it was not until the driver finally arrived that I found out that there was some problem with one of the buses and that caused the delay. The driver/guide was very helpful and friendly and had excellent knowledge of the area. For me, the highlight of the tour was the ride on the Maid of the Mist which came at the very end of the tour. While it took about 30 minutes to get on the boat and then another 30 minutes for the ride on the boat. The information regarding the boat that was "stuck" near the Falls was very interesting, especially since the guide told us that the boat had been there at least 95 years. Why was almost half of it still there? Made of steel, the guide said. The floral clock was very beautiful with all the flowers, etc. With the exception of having wait for an hour to begin the tour, I would rate the tour as a 4-star tour.
Driver/Tour guide gave great tips and kept us right on schedule. We got to see everything we wanted!
The tour was very good and we enjoyed it very much. It covered everything we wanted to see and it enough time to see it. Tammy, the tour operator, was very informative and friendly, and she kept us on time which is always import to me. The Falls are an experience everyone should make and if you do not have a lot of time, this is the way to do it.
A lot more walking than expected. Wasted a lot of time waiting for people who were not at their pick up hotel. Overpriced.
Don't bother! Seriously, the bus was a wreck and it stank. The tour guide was ok but we spent far longer waiting for people than we did on the tour.
There were 2 tours on the same bus, so he was basically just dropping us off at each attraction and picking us up.
I would not bother again, just buy your tickets to the attractions. Niagara Falls is pretty small and most things are within walking ditsnce.
I was really gutted with this tour as I bought it as a birthday present for my partner. It was just a total waste of time and money.
