We had an excellent trip, and were made to feel most welcome. The view was marvelous, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great location, staff very friendly! We can highly recommend it to everybody who goes to the Canadian side of the Niagara Falls! Just to let you know, better to rent a car if you come from Buffalo than take a taxi as we did and less cost!

This was a brilliant experience. We flew over Niagra on the Lake vineyards, as well as Niagra Falls. The only adverse comment was that we first went to the wrong airport. Luckily, the staff was very accommodating, as we had missed our flight time.

My family loved it. The people were very courteous and in fact even let me go on the flight about 30 minutes earlier. No hassle at all.

We had a superb trip, the view is just so different from all aspects at ground level. Compared to other sightseeing helicopter trips I have had this was so much more value for money. Myself and my friends would recommend this to anyone visiting the falls.

The experience was unforgettable. The delay was fine, because its better to be safe than sorry. The reason for the rating was I didn't receive the full minutes paid for. Also, it was suppose to be a guided tour and we were not guided by our pilot. Other than that, the experience was unforgettable, thank you.

It was amazing to be in a helicopter flying over Niagara Falls, but there was absolutely no commentary from the pilot. We had no idea what else we were looking at.

This was our first helicopter ride and unfortunately we were completely disappointed. The helicopter itself looked like it had been through a war, the doors didn't close completely, the microphone on the headphones didn't work so we couldn't talk to each other. The pilot never even acknowledged our presence and he flew directly over the river making it nearly impossible to take any pictures. We could also hear a conversation through our headphones of someone talking to our pilot about how his "transponder" was not working and they could not see him on the radar. We expected some commentary on the flight from the pilot while in the air for 25 min especially since that is one of the "flight highlights." But not one word came from the pilot the entire time! Thankfully the falls are amazing to see from land and sky but will not use this company nor recommend it to anyone again.
