It was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about our guide - Tom. He was knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. Answered our questions, very courteous and polite. Had iced cold water for us to drink and again was just overall an excellent guide! The tour was great!
Excellent, great guide
Mike was very knowledgeable and patient with everyone. The tour covered a lot of ground, but still was very flexible, leaving everyone plenty of time to savor the sites. The tour was billed as an 8 hour tour, but was really closer to 9.5 hours. This was OK with us, and the tour group does offer a shorter tour, but, If you want to see everything in a day, at a reasonable rate, this is the tour for you. And, ask for Mike.

Absolute fantastic tour so worth doing. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and we saw Niagara Falls from every angle and were treated like royalty. The food was fantastic and cool drinks were available to us all day. It was what I would class as an ideal day!
Very detailed tour. The only dislike that could have been changed was the tour guide's voice sounded muffled a lot in the bus. Considering the advantages of avoiding the ticket lines, not having to worry about parking, and lunch and dinner being in the price, it was worth the price. I would recommend this trip. The number on the bus was small enough that everyone seemed to know each other.

This superb guided tour covers the both US and Canadian sides of the falls. You get up close and very wet. It was wonderful.

The tour was fabulous and the tour guide was great. My wife and I got to see everything and enjoyed every moment of it. Everything was just on time and meal from the Hilton viewing the falls was fantastic. We were treated as if we were part of the rich and famous. Even though the price is a little higher then the rest of the tours we got our monies worth.
My husband and I went on this tour. It was wonderful.. Our tour guide, Bob, was very knowledge and we didn't feel rushed. We saw attractions on both sides. We had lunch at the Sheraton overlooking the falls and the view was great. not having to drive and pay for parking was good, i highly recommend this tour
Local tour company was totally disorganized but managed to provide a decent tour. The tour guide was extremely unprofessional and had zero people skills. Prepare for the unexpected with this company starting with the printed time the tour departs! The attractions included with the tour were great.
This was a graduation present for my daughter. The bus service is no longer in business so I had to call around to find the tour company that currently does the tours. The tour was good, just a lot of unnecessary stress. Avoid the stress and cost by going directly to a tour site to purchase your tickets or wait until you get to your destination.
