Bob our tour guide was very informative and very caring person he took his time with us and made sure we knew and understood everything about our trip we had a great time
Helen, our tour guide, was fabulous! She was knowledgable, funny, personable, and all around great. It was a jammed packed fun filled day. After having experienced all the "attractions" we strongly suggest doing 1 tour hitting all the highlights at once. Helen pointed out the Butterfly Conservatory - highly recommend. Be sure and take camera. wear walking shoes and definitely put the rain coat on immediately at the Cave of the Winds!
Bob was good. Picked us up at airport and was the guide for the day as well. He is very knowledgable and knew his area. Very passionate about the falls. Very patient as well. Thank you.
Highly recommed "Over The Falls" tour by Viator. It was 6 1/2 hrs of pure delight with 3 other couples and Tom, our very knowledgeable tour guide. We had never been to Niagara Falls before so to hear the history and side bars and traveling with 8 passengers in a van instead of a tour bus was a perfect size. We traveled in late Sept. and the weather was perfect.
we had a great combo tour of niagara falls the guide was excellent and very informative he knew his stuff pls pass on to overthefalls that handled our tour there
Our tour was absolutely amazing. Our guides name was Howard, he was very knowledgeable of all the history surrounding the sites we visited. We saw everything we needed to see as a tourist for Niagara Falls. If you are looking for a great tour by all means take this one.
Excellent tour. The bus was half an hour late, but the tour itself was fantastic. The guide Bob was funny and helpful. One of the best tours I've been on.
Tour was excellent. Loved every minute of it. Sun shone all day. Greg our tour guide was brilliant with local information and seemed to love his job. Bus turned up on time and was spotless.
I was very impressed with this tour. The staff members were very helpful in reminding us what we had to do and bring and most willing to help with any questions we had before we left. The tour bus arrived at our motel right on time and our tour guide was excellent as well as very entertaining. We took the 6 hour tour and enjoyed every minute. It was a great value. One thing that you do need to know is that the Tour Guide requests a 15% tip. Also we learned that to avoid LONG lines, it would be best to select non holidays and avoid times when you would expect crowds. The staff may be able to help you with that.

Excellent tour But driver Helen although humorous and knowledgable made personal comments about passengers that were rude and unnecessary , involving a disabled person and the ability to climb stairs. Also the place for the afternoon snack was unreasonably expensive for hot dogs , only item sold, and seemed to be a kickback situation in that we were the only persons there. Overall, very very good.
The tour was worth it and covered the must-sees of both the Canadian and American side of Niagara Falls. I wish they included the Journey Behind the Falls. Our tour guide Helen was excellent - we love her. I would recommend this tour.
We spent two hours on Rainbow Bridge. Trip seemed to be poorly organised - told to arrive at 1045 to commence trip then spent two hours picking up passengers including crossing to Canadian side. Returned to USA side to commence trip then back to Canada side at 4pm for lunch and more sightseeing. Canada passengers dropped at hotel and we spent another hour on Rainbow Bridge before being returned to drop of point at 7pm. Overall trip was exciting and we saw lots - but it was too long and four trips across Rainbow Bridge not necessary.
The trip itself was very good but the minibus was quite cramped and it had a hook above the door which I bumped my head on quite hard. Also when we got to the US Border we had to pay $6 each because we were UK citizens. This was not explained at the time.
The only part of the trip that was enjoyable was the boat ride on the Maid of the Mist. The rest of tyhe tour was boring. I don't think we received the value of the tour.
