Our guide was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we got the most for our money. This was a wonderful tour that I highly recommend.
Absolutely breathtaking!! Even though I got wet it was well worth it. So much information and great sights to see. Bob, our tour guide was wonderful. In fact, it was like making 27 new friends by the time we finished the tour. Will definitely come again so my husband can enjoy this great adventure. Thanks.
We did the tour on 13 September so apologies about the delay in submitting this review but have only just arrived back in England.
We booked the tour after checking out various different options, reading reviews etc and, in my opinion, struck gold despite the fact it rained on and off for the whole day. The tour was well organised and ran without any issues. We were picked up as promised at our hotel on time by Randy who was our guide for the day. Given we had some time before picking up guests from the American side Randy filled in the time by showing us some additional sights.
Randy was an excellent guide being witty and well informed and his personality really added value to the overall experience. We were told where to go for the best views/experience and the sights were spectacular. The tour was fantastic and exceeded our expectations in all aspects making it one of the best guided tours we have been on.
If you want to cover all the major sights in one day this is good value and we would have no hesitation in recommending it. A big thank you for such a great day.
United States of America
A wonderful day viewing the falls with a great guide. Nic was very prepared, knowledgeable and humorous. He knew how to navigate the border crossing and was spot on for the recommendation of stay on the lower front deck of the Maid of the Mist. He was always helpful, answered all our questions, and was always available to take a photo of us with the magnificent falls in the background. If you have only one day for Niagara Falls, this is the one to take.
Randy was a fantastic tour guide. He not only described the sights, but gave history as we'll. This tour exceeded our expectations.
The whole tour was awesome and Caleb was an excellent guide. One of the best we have ever had. Kudos to him. Would recommend this tour to anyone.
Great one day tour. Caleb was a great tour guide giving us history and best spots for pictures and views. It was great to be driven and not have to worry about directions and parking. Well worth doing!
We had Nick as our guide who was full of information and help. It was a great experience and we felt we got to see everything on the tour. Going to both the USA and Canada sides gave us the best of both worlds. Walking backwards into the falls was fun and going up the sky tower gave us perfect views of all the falls
Wonderful way to see it all. Nick was great and I liked the small group of 18. Would definitely recommend this tour which was 6 hours long.
It was a long day but you got to see a lot. Make sure you bring your passport because you cross over to both Canadian and American sides. The Maid of the Mists boat ride is good and walking underneath the American falls was good too. A good day with lots of information and pics all about Niagara.
The deluxe tour package was wonderful. This is a MUST excursion for anyone visiting Niagra Falls. The tour guide, Bob, was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommending staying in Canada. So very pretty. Awesome!
Excellent tour. All of the key points of interest were covered. The tour guide was knowledgable and personable. The size of the fan was just right which made the pace of the tour very well paced.
Will use this service again not only in Niagara but in other places I travel when it is available.
We chose this tour since we wanted to do Niagara Falls in one day and not want to worry about missing out on anything. Trust me, by the end you will have had enough of the falls. We did the afternoon tour after checking out of our hotel in Toronto. We went the week after Labor Day and there were no lines and we got right through on the attractions. The tour guide Andy was knowledgeable about the area and attractions. He made sure to give us insider tips on what to do and what to look at. There were breaks throughout the tour to grab a bite and rest. My only complaint is I wish we would not have spent so much time at the souvenir shops and instead had that time at the Skylon Tower. That is the only attraction that I felt rushed at. I highly recommend this tour for those who want to fit Niagara Falls in one day.
Bob our tour guide was great! He was very friendly, funny and very informative....
We had an incredible day with out tour guide Caleb. We were able to see all the best of both the American and Canadian side of the falls without the worry of buying tickets, driving or what to see next. We would highly recommend this sightseeing tour and ask for Caleb he was the greatest guide.
I went on the Niagara Falls in One Day tour in August, 2015 and absolutely loved it. Our tour guide, Jim, was very enthusiastic and passionate about the place. He was constantly telling incredible stories that sounded more like a fiction until he showed is evidences of proof. He made sure we saw everything that was planned and expanded our tour program by making a few extra stops on the way and showed us some of his personal photos of how the place looks like in winter time, which I must say is no less spectacular than in summer. He also made sure we spent as much time as needed, had enough food and bathroom breaks, and arrived at the right places at the right time. He turned 6-hour tour into 10-hour journey through the beauty and history of the Niagara Falls. We saw the falls from different angles, from the front at Maid of the Mist, behind at Luna Island, from the side at Prospect Point observation tower, below at Cave of the Winds, almost underneath at the Hurricane deck, across from Canadian side and above from Skylon observation tower. I've made about 600 photos and they all look amazing it's going to be a struggle to select which ones to delete. We also stopped at rapids and famous whirlpools that took away lives of many adventurous fellows and one of the largest power plants in North America, which I found fascinating. The tour made me realize that there is so much more to the Niagara Falls than the Falls themselves and I would highly recommend others take this tour to have a similar unforgettable experience.
Great tour, great guide! Taking the tour made it easy for us to see so many attractions and not worry about driving...all the while our guide was giving us information on the many different places we stopped at. Only small negative...it was a long day but fun!
This tour was fantastic. We saw more than I expected and our guide, Andy, was absolutely the best! He gave us so much information, made us laugh, and gave us all the tips and suggestions we needed to make it an excellent experience. Thank you, Andy!!!!!
It was the best experience we had in Canada. The tourist guide was extremely helpful and knew in details all about Niagara falls and its vicinity.
