This guy was fantastic, again, his name slips the memory bank! very helpful and save arrival at hotel.
Our driver was great. He was at the airport when our flight arrived and was easy to find. He gave us details about the area as we were driving to the hotel and stopped to let us have our very first look at the falls. It was a nice ride.
Our driver was prompt and picked us up at our hotel. Took us on a scenic ride (different than the drive coming in from the airport) and pointed out landmarks and historical markers. Very friendly and professional. Wonderful not to have any driving hassels to worry about either before or after your vacation!

On time waiting in the airport, Driver was an older man, very knowledgeable about the area and shared several historical facts on the trip.

My flight from LA to Chicago was delayed as such I missed my connecting flight from Chicago to Buffalo Niagara. I called the transport/transfer company as soon as I got to Chicago O'Hare airport after learning that the airline needed to re-book me on an alternative flight, and reschedule the pick-up time from 3:30pm to 11:30 pm.
My transfer turned up 1 - 1.5 hours late, at around 12:45 am..
The driver was extremely kind, and he informed us that he was called in at the last minute for this job as a favour (he was not even working for that transport/transfer company!). I place the blame entirely on the transport/transfer company, especially when I had informed them of the change 9 hours prior to my scheduled arrival time.

The tour operator has said that the second flight for this reservation was delayed as well, causing the client to arrive later than expected. They assure us that they can handle many different size groups, last minute or delayed trips, and they strive to take care of any delays as quickly as possible. If no vehicles are available, we do our best to get a vehicle there as promptly as possible, even if it is through a partner company. We hope this information helps!
not at all happy...treid so many times to get them to confirm, when we did the morning before, he was not very nice.....then we got question at the board due to the drivers record...so overall not good
