Great trip to italy from nice. And a lovely lady called sylvia who knew everything there was you needed to know. Lovely towns along the way. The market was not what i would call a cheap one. Back home our markets are alot cheaper. If you walk a short bit to the shops they are good. Excellent trip all round.
We really enjoyed our day on this tour. It was a bi-lingual tour in French and English to accommodate our group. We had adequate time to shop and eat along the way. Great value!

We were delighted with the tour, the tour operators and the cleanliness of the vehicle. The day surpassed our expectations and we would highly recommend it as an easy way to visit the markets and environs.
Great tour guide though we missed the lunch in Verematteli because of waiting on other passengers. Loved Italian markets and scenery through the Alps.
This was a great trip with something for everyone, including 2 teenagers. Great tour guide Isabelle was very informative and considerate. She had great driving skills. Enjoyed market - time given was perfect. Menton was beautiful. The view from the 3rd corniche was spectaular!A great day out was had by all.

This was a very good tour but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and it poured buckets of rain. We did not really get to fully experience the ambiance of San Remo and the beauty of the Italian Riviera as it was so foggy. We had a driver from Med Tours that we had had earlier in the week which really helped to make the trip more enjoyable even with the rain. We were supposed to have some time in Menton but we were so exhausted after fighting the rain in San Remo that we just did a drive by. There were people on our tour that were supposed to spend some time in Monaco while we were in Menton so we spent an hour in Monaco again as we had already been there on Sunday. Thought that this would give us a chance to see the Cathedral but it was only open in the morning so we just went for a coffee as we had already done everything on Sunday.

The great part of this trip was the scenery going to and from the Italian market - just breathtaking and amazing. Stops along the way were great. Market itself - so/so. I would have preferred a more casual lunch or being able to choose my own restaurant - although the view from the restaurant deck was amazing. I would recommend this trip based on the countryside you get to visit and see outside the market. I would not recommend based on the market itself - it was like a big flea market. Guide was great and very accommodating.
It rained all day, but getting a taste of Italy and the wonderful restaurant where we ate lunch was well worth it. Great views too!
Vey enjoyable - good guide - could do with more time in Menton -less in San Remo
