The shuttle was waiting for us when we came out of the baggage claim area, and on the way to the hotel, the driver gave a great overview of the city and what's there to see, where to eat, etc.

I have had several negative experiences with other shuttle services, but not with the Viator office in Nice, France. This is simply the best shuttle experience I have had. The driver was waiting for us at the Nice airport, holding a paper with my name on it. A driver was back a few hours later to pick up my son and his family - they had the same experience. We never had a moment of worry! The intelligence and the courtesy of the drivers was impressive.I will NEVER use any service but Viator from now on, wherever I fly. You have a customer for life!

The person was waiting for us as soon as we exited the area. Was very polite and helped us with our luggage. On the trip to the hotel he was very informative and took us to the front door of our hotel. Excellent service.

As our arrival was after 9 p.m., we would have had to take a taxi to our hotel. After searching the internet, I came across Viator, which offered all the assurances we were looking for - reasonable comparative price paid in advance, no worries if our plane was late, recommended by others. The transfer couldn't have been more straightforward. We were given a smart, efficient and friendly service. The driver was there with our name up as soon as we left baggage claim and gave us a smooth, guided 15 minute ride to our hotel. It was a completely stress-free arrival. We will definitely use this again in the same circumstances.

Although my plane was slow to taxi into the gate and I had problems with missing luggage making me late arriving into the entry hall, my driver was there waiting for me for what must have been close to an hour after my scheduled arrival. I'm very grateful for this.
