We were staying in an apartment in Old Nice, no place for a driver to park. I talked to a wonderful gentleman in your Nice office who helped me pick out the ideal place to wait for the shuttle. He knew the area well. He was intelligent, courteous and humorous, just a pleasure to talk to. Once again, the shuttle driver was there exactly on time. For the first time ever, I did not have to call the shuttle service because no one showed up. For myself, for my son and his family, virtually NO problems, whatsoever. To be in a foreign country, not good with the language and not have to worry about anything, that's service!

Very prompt and efficient service--my driver was extremely courteous and very friendly. I would most definitely rely on the services of Viator again for hotel and airport shuttles.
