This tour was this highlight of our 1-week cruise! There were 12 of us in the group and we all shared this opinion. Our guide, Kelly, was high-energy, super-patient, so informative and a lot of fun. She showed us more to Nice than we knew existed. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone!! Just excellent!
Amazing how she managed to get us all through Nice and be so informative of the history of the area from an Irish girl
Great trip. Easy going pace. Hill at the end a bit tough but break halfway up with great views at top terrace. Guide Megan great fun and very informative. Made great suggestions for restaurants and pubs. Good familiarisation trip for the area.
Loved our tour guide, Meghan!!! She makes the tour so interesting and personal. A great way to see the city and we only had one day in Nice. The best way to see the city.
We had Thelma as our tour guide. Super informative about the history of Nice with a mix of her own funny stories. Had a great time.
Eat breakfast before you go so you can make it up the hill. Beautiful views from the top. It was a great experience and favorite part of my time in Nice!
We really enjoyed our tour. Thelma was our guide , and is a lot of fun and a pleasure to spend time with . We would certainly choose this tour again and recommend it to anyone, especially if Thelma is the guide..
Kevin gave a fantastic tour of the city, complete with beautiful sights, historical references, and a near-constant flow of his own entertaining stories and observations. Afterward, he helped direct us to the train and a fantastic lunch in Villefranche. I highly recommend!!
This was a great way to see - and hear about a lovely city. Great guide, small group, good chat, everyone smiling!
We loved this bike tour! Our guide was great fun and we learned a lot about Nice. It's such a lovely way to explore the city, seafront and surrounding hills to go around by bike. It was not at all rushed, and the entire group was nice, friendly people. I also felt at ease to see everyone else was normal, and participants were from all ages. So this is not a tour for sports freaks only.
Very informative, friendly tour guides, well organised. Our tour was a 3 hour tour that took nearly 4 due to the patrons being urged to ask question or vary from the schedule as the ownership of the was ours to see as much in a short time. We will being recommending this tour back in Australia.
Kevin was a Great Guide! He was very interesting, very informative and very knowledgeable about Nice and the special attractions the city offers! We covered almost about everything in such a short time! This was a most wonderful experience!
A fun way to be introduced to Nice. Our tour guide not only gave us a history tour but recommended various places to eat and foods to try. There was one hill at the end but hey if you can't make it to the top you just walk the last part it's worth the view at the top.
Trip was excellent our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming this is a must for anyone visiting Nice.
Excellent tour of Nice. Lots of good information, very scenic and our guide was top notch. Knowledgeable and highly engaged, made you feel like there was no where else she would rather be. Top marks!!
Amazing trip! I love biking riding and this was the very first thing I did on my first full day in France. The tour guide we had was Kevin and he was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The trip was fun and informative, and everyone got along great. After the tour most of the people in the group ended up going for lunch together as well, which was very nice. Highly recommended to anyone who likes to ride a bike!
Fantastic tour - great way to find out history and places to go in Nice.
Generally great... could have got started a bit quicker and been a bit more cultural/historical tour and less of a celebrity guide tour... but overall great. The hill climb was hard work but worth it.
I give the cycle tour 5 stars. Kevin is a terrific guide. He is knowledgeable, entertaining, thoughtful and the tour gave us an excellent insight into Nice, it's history, where to eat, where to go, which bus to take and much more useful info. Recommend wholeheartedly. Nola
The bike tour was a fabulous way to see the city of Nice. Our guide, Anna was extremely knowledgable and friendly. She provided several tips on what to do and see in Nice. I would highly recommend for anyone who likes a little adventure while on vacation. Great way to see several parts of the city.
This was the most enjoyable bike tour I have ever done.
It was a great way to see the real beauty and true heart of Nice.
The pace of the tour was really relaxing, I wasn't able to cycle the steep hill but I was able to walk up with my bike still feeling comfortable and under no pressure.
Our tour guide was friendly, informative and a really lovely person.
There is honestly nothing we could fault.
It was our favourite part of our holiday and we would highly recommend this fun tour to anyone :)
We took this tour on our first day in Nice. Our guide was Kevin, a Brit who has lived in Nice for the last 7 years or so. It was a great way to be introduced to Nice and get a bird's eye view of the city. The mini-bikes we used were comfortable and ideal for sight-seeing. The route was an easy ride and the bikes were light and maneuverable. Kevin had great local knowledge, pointing out landmarks and spicing his commentaries with side stories which are unavailable in local guide books. Highly recommended for your first day in Nice.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! This was the highlight of our two week European vacation, which also included a seven day cruise from Rome to Barcelona. We had 12 hours in Nice, and we knew we would be a little itchy after art history and architecture tours in Rome and Florence. This Bike Tour trip was perfect. There were nine people on our tour, ranging from about 12 to about 60. It was physically active, including a ride up a couple of hills, but not overly challenging. Our tour guide, Nadia, was FABULOUS!! She knew the city well. We biked through narrow historical alleys and beachfronts, as well as stopped about every five to ten minutes for great stories that covered varied time periods (i.e. not just stories of military history in the 1500s). The bikes were well maintained. The route was varied and informative. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour. I wish we could have done it at every stop.
