This was a most moving experience. The museum is wonderfully presented in a very personal way. Congratulations to our guide for providing such an insight into a tragedy that touched everyone's hearts.

An experience beyond words, meeting Gary Suson just added to it. Get subway to 14th street, a 2 minute walk from there.

A very intimate look at humanity at its best. I take my hat off to all involved. A must see. Would recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

Loved it would not be appropriate. But do set the time aside to go - it was moving in the extreme, no gore just an insight into the monumental human effort that nobody saw after that terrible event.

Very interesting museum, well worth a visit. On arrival this appears a small room, but the stories and Ground Zero artifacts keep you interested for a long time!

I have to say that this was the most memorable experience of my trip to New York. So moving! Top marks to the whole staff for making this part of my trip a memorable one. It's just a small room with excellent photos and relics, but it's done with so much care and warmth. Thank you.

Without question, one of the most remarkable experiences of our lives. Exceptionally moving and sensitively presented. Made us feel that there were some positive stories about the human spirit, despite the enormous tragedy of September 11. Lucky enough to meet the photographer, an amazing man. Cannot recommend it highly enough. A life changing experience.

This was a wonderful experience! My daughter age 10 loved it. For her this was the best event of our New York trip.

This museum is very moving. I was concerned that it may have been tacky and capitalizing on this tragedy, but it was completely opposite. Because the numbers are limited and no one enters the room once the tour has begun, it was actually very intimate and personal. It can be upsetting, but do not expect pictures or stories of the event itself, it is all about the recovery afterwards. Well worth a visit, but don't forget the tissues.
