Blast out to Motukokako Island and pass through the "Hole in the Rock" into the majestic Grand Cathedral Cave and back past Cape Brett Lighthouse. A great trip in any weather - the bigger the waves, the better the buzz!

Take your camera - there's loads of photo opportunities as we often see Whales, Seals, Dolphins, Penguins and other sea and bird life.

Optional Island Experiences:
The cruise operator holds exclusive commercial landing rights at Otehei Bay, Urupukapuka Island. If the idea of a nature walk, Nautilus Submarine Underwater Adventure (additional cost, payable direct), swim, snorkel or some time relaxing on a beach appeals, you can be dropped off for AU$10 extra and you can catch a later catamaran back to Paihia or Russell. Adults AU$10 and Child AU$5, payable direct on the day of tour.

Departure Point:

Cruise departs from either Paihia or Russell, in the Bay of Islands.

• Paihia - the Maritime Building, Marsden Road, on the Paihia waterfront.
• Russell - The Strand Wharf on the Russell waterfront.

Departure Time:

• All year round at 10:30am and 2:30pm
• Additional departures from October to April (Summer) at 8:00am, 12:30pm and 4:30pm
• Please check in 30 minutes prior to Paihia departure. Russell departures 5 minutes later.

Duration: 1.5 hours (approx.) Return details: The adventure concludes at either The Strand Wharf in Russell or the Paihia wharf, approximately 1.5 hours after departure. Hotel Pickup: FREE shuttle service for those guests staying outside Paihia area. It includes Opua, Te Haumi, Waitangi, Haruru Falls and Kerikeri only. This service is NOT for pick-ups from local Paihia accommodation - simply walk to the departure location. Please advise your full hotel name and address at time of booking.
