Enjoyed the hike up Diamond Head. Tour Guide Bethany was great. Only could have been better if it wasn't raining.
This was our first time in Hawaii and we had a blast hiking up Diamond Head Crater. The view from the top was amazing and we and #39;ll worth the hike. Our guide Bethany was very informative and helped made sure everyone was safe on the hike. I would definitely recommend going on this tour.
This your was awesome! I truly recommend walking this trail. Great experience.
As I am a little overweight and have trouble with my hips, this was not the easiest climb for me. It was no problem for my husband. But our tour guide stopped several times to let us get pictures, get history, get geology, and let us stragglers catch up. When we got to the top it was all worth it! The view is tremendous! I did not want to climb back down!
Great tour and especially our tour guide Dirk!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Wouldtake the tour again in an instant.
Absolutely amazing. Great tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the local history and the route we were hiking.
Great views and a good way to get some exercise as well
Need your water bottles as you can definitely build up a swear
Climb/hike is not as difficult as I thought it might be
Well worth a visit
Our tour guide, Mandy, was very knowledgeable on the history of Diamond Head. Also, she would stop the group for a break and made sure that everyone was good to go on, which was very helpful for my friend with COPD! The hike was great and so worth the climb for the beautiful view. Thank you for a great adventure and will contact you for our next trip.
Our tour guide was knowledgeable and accommodating. I went with my mom who had some difficulty hiking up because she's not used to doing strenuous activities. Our tour guide took into account everyone's limits and was very thoughtful because he would stop the group every now and then to take a break so that my mom could rest and take a breather.
I loved this tour! Our tour guide, Bethany, was wonderful! I suggest comfortable shoes and a bottle of water for the hike?
Nice, slightly challenging hike that ended with very awesome views of the Waikiki shoreline. Our guide was very knowledgeable about Hawaiian history and, although his jokes mostly sucked he'll admit that, the narratives on the ride to crater were entertaining. Moderately intense hike but not a long distance. No pressure to go quickly or push past a comfort zone.
Awesome guide, very informative after our pickup, made sure everyone was doing ok, gave us plenty of time at the top and great giving us details on sites on our return. This hike could be done on your own but having a guide made it much easier and more informative! Would definitely use them again.
This was a great way to start the day. We hiked up the crater in the morning, before the crowd started to build up and it was not too hot at this time of the day, because it does get hot at the top. We had an amazing view on the way up and from the top. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and pointed out landmarks from the top, and gave us some local history. Our guide took photos of everyone on the way up and at the top from our own cameras, which was great. You need to use the bathroom at the bottom of the crater and take water and wear good footwear, as the ground is uneven, and there are no facilities at the top. It took us around 1 hour from start to finish.
AMAZING!! Greg, our guide was fantastic, knowledgeable and very friendly. This was my favourite thing I did while in Hawaii. The view was amazing. Well worth it!
Our guide was great. She provided an informative trip to Diamond both in regard to the Crater and the surrounding Oahu area. She interacted very well with all members of the tour.

Great tour to Diamond Head Crater summit. Recommend camera's that can strap on you to keep hands free. Bring a bottle of water and wear some comfortable sneakers. A little drizzle on the way up made the first half of the hike very slippery, but good to cool you down. Great views, probably would have been nice to see the sunrise. If you're attempting this hike prior to boarding a cruise, make sure your transportation to the cruise ship is aware you have the morning hike and make sure your guide is also aware what time you need to be back at the Hotel. My wife and I made the hike with our group starting at 8 am, finished before 10:30 am round trip and made it back to our hotel before 11am for an 11:15 am shuttle to our cruise. We did cut it kinda close, but it worked out perfectly.
This was fun. Hike at your own pace to the top and awesome views are to be had! Tour guide Bethany was great!
Would do it again. On the way up and down there are lots of good views and once you reached the top it's an outstanding view over Honolulu. A must for ambitious amateur photographers.
This was a great small group tour. We had a group of about 10 people. Mandy, our guide, was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the nature of Hawaii. She shared info about the geology, plants, animals and birds. The hike up Diamond Head was a bit challenging and we had a diverse group but she did a great job of pacing the climb for varied abilities. I would recommend this to anyone who was some exercise and would like some inside information about Hawaii.
A must on Oahu. The beauty of the crater and the views are breath taking. Our guide was very knowledgable.
Great hike takes about 20-25 mins. Great view. Bring your camera
