Note that the fitness level required for this hike is moderate, with two hours' walking time. The trail condition is sometimes wet and slippery.
As you hike into the lush Koolau mountains rising above the aquamarine waters of Kaneohe Bay, you'll see Hawaii's spectacular rainforest plants and tropical bird species. You'll hike to a secluded, cascading waterfall spilling into a tranquil private rainforest pool.
