Transfer team was waiting for us on arrival. Then proceeded with service with a smile, carrying our bags, getting us to our hotel without delay.

This was great. The friendly guides met us at the arrival gate and led us through the airport, handled all of our bags, and took us right to our hotel.

A greeter met us at the gate as we got off the plane, and was very helpful in getting us to baggage claim and onto our shuttle. The wait was short at the airport, and we got to our hotel quickly. The shuttle van was very nice, and provided a very comfortable ride to our hotel. The lei greeting was also very nice, since it was our first trip to Hawaii as a family. I wish I had booked the round trip option, but did not see it until I had already booked one way for our arrival only.

Not sure how the names got mixed up, but we finally found the lady down in the baggage claim. She was by the gate but we were looking for my name and they had used my travel mate's name, but didn't think it was us because it was booked in my name. The transfer was there and we had a nice ride to our Hotel.

Met us at the gate and was especially helpful and friendly. However, the driver was late, surly and not at all helpful. I would not use this service again.

Meet and greet at the arrival gate was good and efficient, however didn't realise it was a shuttle bus. Cost of a taxi was on par, so would opt for taxi next time to halve the drive time and hassle of waiting around for other passengers.
