Our name was called as I took my first step in airport waiting area, luggage was taken and we were on our way within 5 mins. After 24 hours of travelling with children, I couldn't of asked for better service. Fantastic, extremely happy

Brilliant. Staff confirmed our email and said that we would be meet us after the baggage collection, which they did, in their blue aloha shirts. Our leis were beautiful - purple and white orchid-like flowers - well worth the extra. Staff took our photos wearing the lei (with our camera). We were taken to the mini-bus and had to wait only a few minutes for the other 4 passengers (8 total) before we were taken directly to our hotel in air-conditioned comfort. Staff were helpful and curteous, they even wheeled our cases to the bus.
