Welcomed with a smile. The vehicle was new, spacious and comfortable. Small number of people so was able to arrive at the hotel with minimal stops. The return trip was timely and easily prearranged.
Well worth it for first time to Oahu. No worries about anything. there were a lot of drop offs on delivery to hotel so took a bit longer to get to our hotel.
For our first visit to Hawaii, it was a pleasure meeting your staff at the airport. My wife was surprised when she got the lei greeting. Both the trip to the hotel and pick up were uneventfull and your staff were very professional. Thanks - Mahalo!
The staff was outstanding and helpful. The sign with your name on it is huge, they escorted you to baggage claims and then to the shuttle.

After a long flight it is nice to be picked up and not have to find a taxi. Even though my flight was 4 hours late, I was met as I got off the plane and ushered to the waiting van. Before boarding the van, I was given a voucher for my return to the airport with the pick-up time so I did not have to call the company to confirm the time. This roundtrip transfer was very efficient and reliable.
Booking was easy and convenient. The driver got me to my hotel quickly, and arrived on schedule (well, actually a few minutes early) to pick me up and take me back to the airport. I will definitely use Viator again!!

After travelling all night with two children our happy metres were running low but we were met as soon as we got out of customsby very lovely ladies and also our driver who made our welcome to Hawaii wonderful...thank you.
