Had a wonderful time in Oahu. The weather was perfect, food was great and sights were those you would see in glossy magazines. Viator airport pick up and return was hassle free and on time.

The staff who fetch us was courteous and we did not have to wait for the pick up because she was already there at the terminal once we got off from plane.

Greeted by representative as we got off plane.Carried out bags to meet the driver. Some time waiting for driver but otherwise fine. Pick up for return transfer was on time. Great value for money.

Our experience with Viator was positive in every way - someone was waiting for us at the at the airport, even though our plane was late, and as we were driven to our hotel we were provided with interesting commentary about Oahu. The vehicle picked us promptly for our return trip to the airport. A convenient and no-hassle way to travel between the airport and accommodation.

What can be fantastic about an airport pickup? My plane was delayed by a full day and then was seven hours late on the next attempt. It was such a relief to find the car arranged by Viator ready and waiting at 10:00 p.m.

I've used Viator for transfers in Las Vegas, Honolulu, and San Francisco recently. Excellent, on-time service, and the staff is very helpful and polite. I will certainly recommend it and I will use it again next year.

The transfers were on time and efficient. We had to wait for the airport pickup for about half an hour or so - it would have been nice if the operator had some way of finding out the arrival time was earlier than expected and hence less wait for arriving passengers. Otherwise all worked well.

The service was very good. The arrival representative was pleasant and walked us to the baggage claim area. We then dealt with two other people, the baggage handler and the driver of the van. The van was adequate and the people friendly. The return trip to the airport was wonderful. The van was new, clean and spacious and we only dealt with the driver who helped us with our bags both on and off. This driver was warm, friendly and a great representative of your company.
