Booking was easy and convenient. The tour, however, was another story. Good idea, though, for people who don’t want to pay the ridiculous cab fare just to go shopping or go to Pearl Harbor. I will definitely, however, use Viator again!!

The bus was excellent and the site seeing of the city was worth the trip. I would recommend it to all. Just watch out for low lying branches, and Oh, wear a hat.

Great way to go around the city and just enjoy the view from atop the bus :) then a 4-hour stop at the Bishop Museum was totally a wonderful way to learn more about this great culture :)

This was fun. I saw the city in a different view. It could have been more interesting if the guides were more informative. I expected to hear what I would be looking at and what's interesting to see where and when. All in all it was okay trip.

This was a great way to experience Oahu! At first, we were thinking about renting a car but why bother when you can hop on/off this bus and not worry about directions and just enjoying the vacation! The tour guides on the bus were very helpful. The bus stops at major points and it was just easy to follow. Would highly recommend the Aloha Bus to do some great site seeing!

The people who ran this tour were extremely accommodating. They called ahead twice to other buses when we wanted to make connections to another line. It's a great way to get an overview of the city and surrounding area.

Loved our trip on Hop on Hop Off bus to Pearl Harbor Tour. Tour was great but had to wait too long for our return back from Pearl Harbor. The next day we were to go to Diamond Head but didn't know that there would be a parade that would stop all traffic and all Hop on Hop off buses for several hours. We could not use 2nd day and was reimbursed from Viator for the day not used.

We rode the Hop-On Hop-Off to Diamond Head and then walked up Diamond Head which was strenuous but overall a great experience. When we returned on the bus to Waikiki to transfer to another bus to Chinatown we discovered that the Hop-on Hop-Off did not go there. We were disappointed especially since we did not have a car to get there on our own. We probably should have read the route closer. The personnellon the bus were well informed and answers all questions asked.
