This was an awesome way to see the ranch. Our guide was fantastic and fun
We did the 2 hour ATV tour and it was so much fun. Our guide was so nice and very helpful throughout the tour. The scenery us to die for and you will never see a place so beautiful! Highly recommend!
This tour is a must for anyone who visits Oahu... No need for any previous experience on a quad the tour guides are amazing... we will definately be doing it again on our next trip !!!
The tour was amazing. Definitely do the 2 hour tour, you get to see so much and great scenic views . The staff is great ! This is a must do
This was the first activity on our first morning on Oahu. It was a beautiful day and our guide was amazing. The Kualoa Ranch is gorgeous and it is quite an experience to see it from an ATV. It was the perfect way to start our vacation. Saw the sights from LOST and JURASSIC PARK and several other movies, took many scenic pictures, and became familiar with the history of the ranch. Even ended up taking a coconut back with us and sharing it as a snack after the tour. Safety was top priority for new riders. Definitely a great adventure.
This was our first time together and the trip was awesome!!! Amazing!! The guide was informative and very helpful. She took pictures, took her time, let us choose areas, and very friendly.
Great tour, I was scared at first but the guides were great and the scenery was incredible
The entire experience was awesome. I can't remember the woman's name who was our guide, but she was amazing. She was fun and informative at the same time. We did the 2 hour tour and our son loved the Jurassic Park places, I would highly recommend this. The Ranch is absolutely beautiful. We wish we would have done an entire day there.
The entire experience was exciting, from the start to the end, it was a blast. Our tour guide was very friendly, well informed, and extremely patient due to the fact that we had some guests that decided that they did not want to obey the rules that were given to all the visitors. Aside from this little problem, all else went smooth, my wife and I were very happy with the staff at the ranch and everyone made us feel real welcomed. Thanks to the entire staff at the ranch!
Great trip, 2-hour tour was right length. Great scenery, favorite tour on the island. An "extreme" ATV tour would be fun for more experienced riders as the governors kept speeds below 20 mph.
The only reason I'm giving this a four star is because they could've gone faster, I was hoping to go faster at some point but not past 12mpg. Other then that it was awesome and our guide Amy was great with us.
it was great. If you are into nature and love the see all types of mountains you will love this tour. the only thing i wish i would have done is take more pictures and get the 2 hours tour instead of the 1 hour and also get the morning tour since they pick you up from hotel
***** please keep in mind this ranch is about 1-2 hour away from Waikiki beach, it will cost you about $70 each way on a taxi (45 min each way) or $10 on city bus (1-2 hour long)****
Kualoa Ranch is an amazing, beautiful location and I definitely recommend visiting it if you're on the island. The Ranch is Oahu at its most pure - huge mountains, lush green tropical vegetation, the occasional rainstorm...absolutely glorious!
Not only are the ATVs fun to drive around, but for an entertainment buff like me, the leftovers from movie sets are pretty cool to experience. Our particular guide was not as descriptive as I would have hoped, but friends who have done this tour have indicated that this was not normal, so the amount of information you get is probably dependent on how knowledgeable/talkative your guide is.
Definitely consider doing this tour if you want to mix a little adventure with some nature - and a dash of Hollywood magic!
We had lots of fun, but I think that you should put experienced riders with each other and non experienced rider together. We were stuck with people who had no clue how to ride and where told by our instructor that because of it we missed out on a few things like going higher into the mountain and things. I don't think at is fair at all. At the beginning you are told that if you don't belong on a four wheeler you will do the tour in a truck and by the sounds of it the people we where with should have been on the truck and not on a four wheeler. We own four wheelers and should have not missed out of things because of them and kinda fill cheated.
