What You Can Expect
Next, your captain will stop at a calm snorkeling spot. If you’re a beginner, you’ll easily learn how to use the snorkeling equipment, how to breathe through the snorkel and what safety measures to remember. The use of mask and fins is included, and you’ll receive a snorkel to borrow. Jump into the water with your professionally trained guide, and spend 30 to 45 minutes discovering the magical underwater world of Hawaiian marine life. You will see everything from brightly colored coral to schools of tropical fish.
After working up an appetite from snorkeling, sail back to Waianae Harbor as you feast on a buffet lunch, including hot dishes, salads, a gourmet sandwich bar, side dishes and desserts. Enjoy unlimited nonalcoholic drinks and two free alcoholic beverages (for those 21 and up).
Dolphin sightings are guaranteed on this Oahu cruise! In the rare event you do not see dolphins, you will be offered a sunset cocktail cruise or snorkeling adventure for free!
The tour was awesome! The crew was very good in entertaining and making the tour fun for everyone. The pulled pork sandwiches were very good also!
This tour is worth the cost even if you do not snorkel - the boat trip out to our snorkeling spot was spectacular and for me was the highlight of the tour. We saw many spinner dolphins including several babies. The dolphins came close to the boat and we all got good shots and were able to see them demonstrate their trademark spinning behaviour. I'm not a great snorkeller (my husband is) but I still got in and was amazed by the sea life just under the surface. I'm no swimmer but it was safe and we felt watched over at all times. Families even had little toddlers in swimming and enjoying the experience.
We had a beautiful breakfast and gourmet lunch including fresh pulled pork, fresh fruit, several salads and many kinds of drinks. Tasty and unexpectedly gourmet!
The trip to the bay was also beautiful and we got to see an side of Oahu we might not have otherwise made it to. Our guide Melinda (?) was informative and helpful.
Take lots of sunscreen and a broadbrimmed hat that will not blow off. I usually get seasick on boats but I was ok here as the boat is quite large and steady and the sea was smooth as glass the day we went out.
