- Confirmation for this product will be received at time of booking
- Dinner begins with braised scallops over mango barbecue mashed potatoes.
- Next, fresh salad garnished with Caesar or a local dressing, such as Wasabi Vinaigrette or Maui Onion.
- Dinner consists of fresh Ahi steaks infused with a blend of seasonings and pan seared to your perfection. The Ahi is served over a bed of spinach along with asparagus, a slice of tomato, and warm bread.
- Dessert is the final course. Chocolate muffins are baked fresh on the boat and are drizzled with chocolate sauce and fresh fruit.
