Great crew! Fun relaxing evening activity.
A great sail! There were about 40 people on the boat, which was very comfortable. The free drink was just enough for the afternoon. Be prepared that it is bumpy and rocky out there! Lots of fun!
We enjoyed the cruise very much. We were lucky enough to be entertained by whales jumping out of the water near by. That was exciting. The captain and crew were very personable. Met nice people aboard from Canada. Food and drinks were very good. Fireworks were good. A very pleasant evening on the ocean.
Setting this up was easy on-line, but then it has the part about the "convenient pickup" and if you want it, you have to call. So I called three times and left a message. I used the convenient email that is accessible from their website which they keep pointing to in the voice message with no reply. Bottom line is that the "office" part of the cruise needs to learn a bit more about customer service. After complaining to Viator, I finally did get a call and the first thing said was "What do you need help with?" and not in the nicest way. Bad day?
As for the cruise, it was great, the crew was great and the day was fantastic for weather...of course this was 5 hours after the earlier diamondhead hike. It was a lot of fun, but it is an ocean cruise and things get choppy so be prepared if you get sick on small boat cruises.

viator and this company stuffed up my booking. paid 13 days in advance and when I go there and reconfirmed, was told was rude local agent that we have no booking for you and not our problem - sort it out with viator. i had to call viato long distance to sort this out which cost me extra $usd60.00 in phone charges. but, the activity itself was excellent..
Just OKAY, we went out in the bay, not past Diamond Head, had a few drinks, no whales or any marine life.
