The lei was beautiful. When Viator gave me the information on where the representative was going to be, it was very easy to find them and for them to find me. The representative was very friendly, kind and was very hospitable.
A rep met my sisters and their families right at the gate. Service was great!
A tour guide was waiting to welcome my whole party to Hawaii with orchid leis. She was very patient as everyone straddled to the exit. She was also very helpful directing us to baggage claim and where to pick up our rental car.
The host was very professional!

It was my understanding that there was supposed to be an invitation to a welcome breakfast that I never received.
It seemed over priced and not very professional. They were not even at the gate when we first exited the plane. We had to wait around which lessened the experience.
This experience consists of finding a bored looking girl holding up a board with the name of the company on, waiting for her to find your name on her list and then shoving the lei over your head as fast as possible so she can go home. The flowers themselves are lovely but the experience isn't worth paying for. You can buy the lei garlands cheaply pretty much everywhere!
The Lei did not look anything like the one shown in the photo. It was colorless (ie. all white) and much smaller than the one shown in the picture.
I really expected an Hawaiian person to greet us in traditional dress, not just a lady who was not over responsive
