What You Can Expect

Oahu Shore Excursion: North Shore and Polynesian Cultural Center

Dole Plantation

Your Oahu shore excursion starts with pickup at your cruise ship port. Your first stop is Dole Pineapple Plantation, where you’ll dazzle your senses with the sight of rows of pineapples, ready to be handpicked, and the smell of the freshly cut tropical fruit, ready to be eaten. Learn how pineapples are grown during the Plantation Garden Tour, and make sure to try the delicious Dole pineapple whip.

Wander the boutique art markets in Haleiwa before venturing to Hawaii’s quaint countryside and visiting Hawaii’s world-famous surfing beaches on the North Shore, where talented surfers from around the world show off their skills on huge waves.

At the Polynesian Cultural Center, eight villages showcase the indigenous Polynesian cultures of Hawaii, Samoa, Aotearoa, the Marquesas, Fiji, New Zealand, Tonga and Tahiti. Real Polynesians share their ancient cultural traditions. You can sit back and enjoy the show, or jump in and join the fun! Watch Samoans climb a 40-foot coconut tree, try some savory Tahitian bread and learn some basic hula moves. Kids will enjoy the spear-throwing demonstrations, getting temporary tattoos and watching the fire-knife dancing performances.

5 star rating: Highly Recommended December 2013

I had not used your services before, but I found the check in very easy. The guide was wonderful. We enjoyed the cultural center. It was a wonderful way to spend the day since our flight was so late. Our suitcases were in the van and the drop off at the airport easy.

I know you guarantee getting us back to the ship on time, but if a trip should be cancelled because of weather would we get a refund?

3 star rating: Worth doing December 2012

Enjoyed the North Shore alot. The PCC not so much as it was a repeat of a show we saw aboard the cruise ship, but our driver did an excellent job of getting us to and from each show so we had good seats. He was very good at pointing out the major things to see so we didn't waste our time wandering around.
