based on Is learning how to surf on your to do list? Take the opportunity to pre-book your Oahu basic surf lesson. Learn surf techniques, safety rules and surf break etiquette under the guidance of certified lifeguards and surf instructors. With over an hour and a half of water time you will have the chance to try it all.
Instructors will provide all the necessary equipment, allowing you to focus on having fun catching waves. Choose from either a basic surfing lesson, suitable for first-timers and those very new to the sport, or intensive lessons for the more experienced surfer.
There are three options available for your surfing lessons:
- Private Lessons - One-on-one lessons, just between you and the instructor
- Semi Private Lesson - Small groups no larger than 4 students
- Group Lesson - Large group lessons with classes from 5 students onwards
Young children (minimum age is 5) and individuals with special needs are highly recommended to sign up for the basic private or semi private lessons. All participants must be able to swim.
