It was great and well done. I did wonder why there were not shoulder straps for the back seats. I would have been more comfortable and enjoyed it even more
Although there were moments when you couldn't audibly hear the pilot's commentaries as he pointed and narrated about this and that place, the overall experience - tour to see Oahu from above - was the best way to sum up (wrap up) our trip to Oahu. Definitely a tour worth doing and your money.
Superb, and a great way to see the stunning beauty that is the island of Hawaii. The highlight of the trip was flying over the Pearl Harbour memorial and taking some stunning memorable photos that you can only get from the air. It provides a totally new perspective and view on Pearl harbour events and experience.
This was a fantastic flight. After doing the open door helicopter tour, nothing else was as exciting. Although there was still beautiful scenery on our other 3 helicopter flights on other islands - it wasn't nearly as thrilling as this tour. We feel really lucky to have experienced this tour with the Owner of the Company as our Pilot as well. Very knowledgeable and we loved it! You won't be sorry if you can get this flight booked!
it was a great tour, I would recommend it to every one some friends already have done it
The absolute highlight of my trip. Never had been in a helicopter before, let alone one without doors! The only negative thing that I could say is that it was hard to hear what the pilot was saying because, even with the headset on, it was very noisy, but it didn't take away from the amazing view. Can't wait for my next ride!
Checking this off my bucket list! The pilot was awesome and the scenery was breathtaking. The 45-minute flight takes you to the main points of the island, hugging the coastline, flying over reefs, winding through valleys and spotting hidden waterfalls. Seeing Pearl Harbor for a birds-eye-view was also awesome. Flight was super smooth, too! My friend usually gets motion sickness, but with motion-sickness wristbands and the fresh air blowing through the cockpit, she was fine.
Enjoyed the tour-would not ride in back seat with open doors was not informed that wind would be so strong you cannot even focus on anything very long my glasses would try to blow off, other than that it was great.
This was AMAZING, but I was scared out of my mind for the first 15-20 minutes of the tour. Make sure you are able to handle the open-door of the helicopter because once you enter the air there are no refunds. You get a truly amazing view of the island and see things you would not even be able to see by hiking. Be prepared, though, for WIND! The woman in this picture could not have been high off the ground or her hair would have been all over the place. :) Buckle up, hold on tight, and enjoy!
