Greeted by representative as we got off plane.Carried out bags to meet the driver. Some time waiting for driver but otherwise fine. Pick up for return transfer was on time. Great value for money.

Our experience with Viator was positive in every way - someone was waiting for us at the at the airport, even though our plane was late, and as we were driven to our hotel we were provided with interesting commentary about Oahu. The vehicle picked us promptly for our return trip to the airport. A convenient and no-hassle way to travel between the airport and accommodation.

What can be fantastic about an airport pickup? My plane was delayed by a full day and then was seven hours late on the next attempt. It was such a relief to find the car arranged by Viator ready and waiting at 10:00 p.m.

I've used Viator for transfers in Las Vegas, Honolulu, and San Francisco recently. Excellent, on-time service, and the staff is very helpful and polite. I will certainly recommend it and I will use it again next year.
