After missing our initial flight to Honolulu, it was absolutely fantastic to arrive in Hawaii and to be greeted, helped with our luggage, and escorted to our hotel by friendly staff.

We got a nice welcome when we arrived at the airport - our bags were carried and the staff was pleasant. All pickups were on time and stress-free.

Not organized when we arrived, late when we were leaving and missed a pick up as the driver went to the wrong address.

This service costs the same as a taxi, but then you have to wait for other people.

I waited 45 minutes at luggage before calling twice for a pickup. A representative arrived 20 minutes later and then we waited for the following aircraft to deplane before going to the hotel. Not a great performance.

We waited until 15 minutes after pickup time for the airport and then tried to phone. At 5am no one answered the phone and we had to get a taxi to catch our flight.

Waited more than an hour before a representative greeted us and even then the transportation wasn't there to pick us up and had to wait again for the shuttle to arrive at the airport. All up we spent about 1.5 hours waiting at the arrivals terminal for our transfer to our hotel. Not what you want or expect after such a taxing flight into the country you've never been to before.

I was very disappointed with the greeter at our airport pick up. Our greeter didn't say one word to us, and the description was very misleading. I was under the impression we would be greeted with an aloha and a lei and whisked off to our hotel in a nice car or van not a rent a wreck that smells!!!! On our way back to the airport at least the van didn't smell and the driver was nice. Loved our Power Pass, it was fantastic and easy to use.
