Excellent service, waited patiently whilst I sorted out an issue with luggage. Friendly driver gave lots of tips on dining, shopping, sightseeing etc. took us right to hotel reception and carried cases to external elevator. Great service

I would highly recommend booking the arrival transfer. It made the start of my vacation just right. I was greeted at the airport with a sign, they assisted me with my luggage, and to make my first time even better, I opted for the lei.

Absolutely awesome. We had a glitch in that one of our party had to stay back to attend a funeral, so he arrived two days later, and this company accommodated that for us! I thought this was FABULOUS customer service. The lovely young woman who met us with the double orchid leis (Trust me - it is worth the extra!) was very welcoming and informative. She told us about a number of things to help us get oriented and actually walked with us over to baggage claim. We were SO impressed with the leis (which lasted about a week when put in the fridge at night) and with the service. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

These guys were tremendous. There was a large group of us who got off the west jet flight. The organized the people and their luggage in a timely fashion, certainly made us fell welcome.

Good service, found guide at terminal fairly easily and then a streamline drop off though the city. Would use them again.
