it was well worth it if you are a dolphin lover like my daughter is. the only thing I wish transportation was included. we got lucky and are hotel arranged free transportation for us
amazing adventure and fun with the dolphins. highly recommended!
Smaller friendly sea park, dolphin swim was unbelievably exciting and worth it.
Great experience - the royal swim is worth it!!! You can take pictures and bring a companion! Pictures of the sea life park are great!
The whole experience was great and very well managed time spent interacting with the dolphins was good.
The Swim with the Dolphins is a must do experience - there are levels for swimmers and non-swimmers, The driver that took us to Sea Life Park was great. He was courteous and professional. He also served as a tour guide and kept us entertained with his funny stories along the way. Appreciated him giving us a heads up of which side of the bus had the picturesque views for photos. I fully recommend taking this tour.
Initially, I was nervous, but the dolphin trainers clearly love and know their dolphins very well. I even did the 'Royal Dolphin' wherein one lies or essentially planks in the water, feet flexed and 2 dolphins swim under and KNOW how to get you to your feet, balancing on their noses. as they swim towards the trainers and fellow group members. The accomplishment of a lifetime for me! And, I have photos to prove the dolphins' prowess and my non-existent fear.
The with the Dolphins at Sea Life Park was way above my expectations. They are amazing mammals. I would highly recommend this.
Once in a life time chance and as I had 40 years on the rest of the group ,it made no difference to at we did,
Still smiling and would do it again in a heartbeat .
the swim with the dolphins was exceptional, it is an experience that I will never forget, Sealife park was beautiful and not over commercialised.
We found the dolphin handlers outstanding.
We would recommend this activity.
This was the most fun we ever had!!! Swimming with the dolphins! A blast !!!
This was amazing and so much fun!
To have had the opportunity to swim with Kaleo who also starred in "50 First Dates" is cool in its self.
We had such a good time and it was one of my favourite highlights of my Hawaii trip :-)
I would do it again in a heart beat.
So worth the wait as they were running a bit behind schedule this day. It was an amazing experience to learn so much about this fascinating animal and be so close to them. It was more than I expected this experience to be. It wasn't just a ride on the dolphin spent approx 1/2 hr in the pool withthem
The royal dolphin swim was a lot of fun. We would do it again. The only complaint we had was we felt very rushed once our group got in the water with the dolphin. We watched another group before us and they didn't seem to be rushed like we were.
I actually thought I might SWIM with dolphins but realize now that this was a very controlled environment. No swimming, but quite a lot of touching. I did enjoy being up close to one though. I guess in an uncontrolled environment there is the potential for getting hurt. But I would in retrospect choose the other option that I saw - people surfing with dophins holding onto a pair of dorsal fins. That looked like real fun.
Loved the dolphin swim and experience.....park is a little run down and in need of cleaning and sprucing up. The shows were a little weak...but again, loved the dolphin swim.
I'm a wimp. I do not go bare footed at all, so it would have been nice if they had told us we would be standing on a METAL grate in the water.. Other than that it was a nice experience..
We did this for our kids. We were wanting them to go with more of an "encounter" type of thing where the dolphins are wild, but they wanted to play with them, so... The park overall seems over priced for what you get. It was $60/adult and I thought that was crazy when I saw everything at the park. The bird area was 'under construction' and the whole place seemed a little dirty. I wouldn't recommend this one. Choose something where the dolphins aren't captive.

Personally it was a big ripoff. The money we paid to go to a run down sea life park. It was an old and boring park. The swim with the dolphins was more talking Q and A about the dolphins. You don't swim with the dolphins you just line up and they tell you to put your hands like this and smile for the camera. Then they charge you and a huge price to buy your photos. I would NOT recommend this tour to anyone.
