The tour was excellent, and the tour guide was both extremely knowledgeable and a great driver. We can't think of anything that could have been done better, and would recommend this tour to everyone.

I found on this tour there was a lot of traveling and commentary. Also I think the tour should include notes that you are required to walk up and down narrow steps on the ship in case someone has problems with this. Overall it was good.

I only went because the person I was traveling with wanted to go, it wasn't something that I would do again, but I am sure she would recommend it.

This is probably one of the most popular tours in Hawaii as it is so significant to their history. It is definitely touching and sad to hear the stories however it was a bit long winded so in the end it got a bit boring. You must pay the extra 10 on the day to get the audio tour otherwise you will have to read all the displays.

The attitude of the Tour Director spoiled this very worthwhile tourist attraction. His attitude to his passengers was deplorable.

Our helicopter venture was miss-scheduled to before our arrival time. We had to pay again for this.

Arizona part of the tour only seen after a two hour wait, only part of the paid tour completed - check itinerary for what you are getting. Would be a better result done individually not as a tour.

This trip was a big rip-off. It would be much cheaper to rent a car and and go by yourself to all the attractions. The 'tour guide' was just a bus driver that offered very little. All the attractions have free guided tours. The worst part was that there are several cute restaurants in the area around the Arizona, but since we were part of this tour, our guide said we had to wait until everyone was ready to eat to keep the group together....then he drove us to McDonald's.
