We were picked up by the limo on time. The driver was really great; he kept us informed of where we were going and what would happen next. He was fantastic. The hotel where the character breakfast was being held was so amazing. I couldn't believe how many characters were actually at the breakfast. The children's faces lit up when they came to our table. I would do this again.

My daughter loved the breakfast with the characters. It gave her a chance to meet some of the characters on her own time instead of in lineups.

The limousine arrived right on time driven by a polite and informative driver. Then, from the moment we entered the Grand Floridian Resort the service and the entertainment was absolutely first rate. The resort, its staff, and the Disney Character Breakfast for any traveler seeking a memorable experience.

It had been years since I was at Walt Disney World. I had only seen characters on 2 of the five occasions not counting parades. I have two boys ages 3 and 4. I wanted them to meet at least some of the characters and what a great way to do it! The boys loved riding in the limo to the breakfast and the character experience was super. We had plenty of time to visit with all of the characters present at our breakfast. The food was very good and the atmosphere was even better. This is a must do for anyone with small children.

My daughter was 8 so really enjoyed the limo picking us up; breakfast was lovely, and the characters took their time going round the tables and spent enough time with each party for autographs and photos!

I would have liked to have a better description of the breakfast. If I had known about the difference in characters between the two events at the hotel, I would have done the dinner instead.

We were Disney virgins, so we didn't know that there were different breakfasts to attend, such as "British" "Norwegian", etc. We were under the impression that you got who you got and that characters rotated around. If we would have known this we wouldn't have just taken our chances. We would have planned the correct breakfast to see who we wanted to see! But nevertheless it was fun and the kids had a great time! It was very well run, we had plenty of time with the characters and the food was good. Well worth doing on your first trip to Walt Disney World! Viator was great, smooth and easy to work with and book the reservation! The driver was fantastic and they communicate well with you, making you feel like your business is appreciated and your money was well spent!

We attended other character meals during our stay and this one was, by far, the best. The grandchildren LOVED the ride in the limousine and the characters spent quite a lot of time with each of the children.

It was a fantastic experience for our five year old daughter to be given the royal treatment with a stretch limo. It was definitely over the top and out of the ordinary and probably something we'd never do again, but it was our first trip to Disney and the limo ride to the character breakfast just added to the magic. The driver was very professional and patient. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the customer service desk - trying to reach them off hours was not possible even though there was supposed to be someone on call. Besides that, everything turned out fine and I was thankful we spent a little extra and did this event.

We thought more characters were going to show up and we also thought that we would all be seated at the same table. We had separate tables. At least the food was great.

We were pleased with the service. We enjoyed the limo. However, the breakfast was advertised as a princess breakfast so my two little girls dressed in princess costumes were a little disappointed.

The breakfast was very nice, and the characters were entertaining; the limousine ride was fun. But as the whole experience only lasted about 2 hours, it wasn't great value for money.

The person who assigned the tables was extremely rude, refused to assist with better sitting. Servers are OK, but could be more friendly to kids who are anxious to see characters.
