Excellent! Exchanged printed voucher at the ticket booth at Epcot where we were given the Disney Pass cards and a badge saying "My 1st Visit to Disney"; brill!

It was MAGICAL! We went away with our daughter, her husband and our two little Grand children. Buying the tickets ahead of our trip was the best way. All we had to do was go to a desk at the front of the theme park and collect our Disney cards. It was that simple! No queueing, straight in!

The best way to purchase your tickets in advance. I found it is best to do one theme park per day was the best way - as its a full day.

Great time. Grandaughter was in awe at Magic Kingdom. Also Animaland Epcot. Due to bad weather lost out on two days. Will go back.

very easy to exchange ticket once you arrive at the ticket office at the park. Staff are friendly and very informative.

It was painfree and incredibly easy to book tickets with viator. It well explained as to what we were to do with the Disney tickets to exchange into the real ticket. It did feel odd that a 5 day ticket was dearer than a 3 day ticket but then a 14 day was not much more expensive. Still good value for money compared with other travel websites. Lots of choices re. things to do. Good info on what you get to. Viator is a great website. I am thankful to my colleague who recommended it. You can trust them with your money.

Pity we picked 'Spring Break Week', it was VERY busy, but we managed to get into the parks for 8.00am, headed for the popular rides and were out again by 2pm when many of these rides had wait times of upto 2hours! Love the place, well recommended for all age groups, my teenage daughter loves the Tower of Terror, my retired mum loved Star Tours.
