Good service... you may have to wait up to 30 minutes at the airport but definitely cheaper than a taxi and easier than public transport!

We had a friendly driver, who was very knowledgeable when answering questions.
Well worth booking in advance and well priced. Easy to find departure point downstairs from Orlando Airport. Had to wait about 30 minutes until departing after a very long flight and it was a completely full shuttle. There were four stops before reaching our hotel but we didn't mind as we got to see the sites along the way. Would use again.
We had to wait over an hour for the shuttle, because we were going downtown and they told us that they only send one van an hour to the downtown Orlando at night. The shuttle van was clean and the driver was very friendly and funny. The price was right.
The process was easy to exchange the voucher for the ticket. The problem was the Viator supplier doesn't have frequent departures. We had to wait almost 30 minutes before the van left for our hotel. Between that and the other drop off done, it was almost 1.5 hours from landing to arrival at our hotel.

Only have cars every hour to Downtown Orlando which is a waste of time. May be better to get a taxi.

Our plane arrived late and a car was not waiting to take us to our hotel. I was traveling alone with my two sons, and when we arrived at the pickup counter, no one could tell us who was supposed to take us to our hotel. It was a bit of a mess.
The attendant at the desk stated" my trip would be about 15 to 20 minutes. It actually took over 40 and I was late for a very important dinner.
All was well except for the personnel who handed us the gadget that calls us when the bus is due to depart.
I sense unfriendless in the way she communicated.

Website advised 15 minute wait. We had to wait 1 hour! At the check in there was a lady complaining that she had already waited 1 hour. We were very tired by the time we got to our hotel.

I was not happy that it took more than an hour to get a ride.
