It took over an hour for the transport to arrive when we arrived at Orlando and only after two costly phone calls as the desk was closed. This despite the information saying it was a 24 hours operation with transport every 15 minutes. Not what we needed with two very tired young children after travelling for nearly 20 hours. The return trip was fine.

Both drivers were polite and helped with the luggage, however seemed expensive and we had to wait over 30 minutes for the first pick-up. The instructions to find the ticket desk could have been clearer. We then had to show the ticket to a person outside who seemed unwelcoming and bossy.

The only way I can describe the transfer is "absolute organised chaos" but we got there in the end. If you are going to use them then expect chaos but be patient, I dread to think what it was like in the height of the holiday season.

It would have been cheaper for me to go through the company direct. However, there was no concerns about getting dropped off or picked up as planned. It was convenient.

It's an airport transfer, what can I say. On arrival had to wait 30-40 minutes which was a pain but apart from that was all ok.

On arrival the pick up was good. Everything went smoothly. The return was quite the opposite. A checker cab was sent. The driver was arrogant and unprofessional. He did not greet us, he did not place the steps so our small children could enter the van, and he did not even help with our luggage. In fact he did not even get out of the van.H e was a road hog, and he was very unkind to the toll operators. When we finally reached the airport safely, thank God, he just pulled up without even getting out to help with the luggage. He was very cold and impersonal and it was certainly not a good way to end our wonderful week in Orlando.

We spent a long time waiting for a van, and then driving around and eventually not picking anybody up. Also, we were dropped about 200 yards from our destination.

The transit time to the motel seemed excessively long - one and a half hours. The trip back to the airport was OK - only 20 minutes.

Were somewhat frustrated to get to Orlando airport to be told that there was a 1 hour wait for the next transfer due to lack of vehicles, however it was rectified and we only waited about 20 minutes in the end. The return transfer was fine.

The driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Luckily the hotel that he dropped us off at was not too far from where we were staying - we wheeled our luggage down to the correct hotel.

After arriving in Orlando, I waited an hour before I was able to board a shuttle. Then, on the day I was to leave, I missed the shuttle - which was to pick me up. This is just too inflexible. I will take a cab the next time.
